Club Leader's Inspirational Insights – Start a New Habit – What went well today?

Start a new habit — a healthy one. Set an alarm 30 minutes before going to bed and ask yourself:

"What went well today?"

With all that we have been up against and dealing with — Delta variant, toilet paper shortages, politics vs science, Gym's Act, buffering on Zoom calls, work/live/play in one space with your significant other, pre-Covid, post-Covid, trends vs 2019, "jabs" and boosters — we need a literal daily reminder.

This daily alarm before bedtime just might be the perfect opportunity to remind ourselves there is much for which to be grateful and the good we are doing every day.
