Start a new habit….a healthy one. Set an alarm 30 minutes BEFORE going to bed and ask yourself; “What went well today?”
With all that we have been up against and dealing with like Delta variant, toilet paper shortages, politics v science, Gym’s Act, buffering on Zoom calls, work/live/play in one space with your significant other, pre-Covid, post-Covid, trends v 2019, “jabs” and boosters, we need a literal positivedaily reminder. This daily alarm BEFORE BEDTIME just might be the perfect opportunity to remind ourselves there is much for which to be grateful & the good we are doing every day.
