This week’s closing comments come from the music entertainment world and also in honor of Black History Month from a woman who is very fit and is an inspiration to millions as a female singer/performer for over 50 years! She is known as the Queen of Rock n Roll, born Anna Mae from Nutbush, TN, she sold over 100 million records, won 12 Grammy Awards, was inducted into the Grammy HOF and a winner of the Grammy Lifetime Achievement award. Can you guess who? I share some words of wisdom from her and a song that will keep you “Roll’n” through these times…
“Sometimes you’ve got to let everything go – purge yourself. If you are unhappy with anything… whatever is bringing you down, get rid of it. Because you’ll find that when you’re free, your true creativity, your true self comes out.” -Tina Turner
Listen in on the below, short YouTube link. Maybe even play it to start a staff meeting to review the GYMS ACT as suggested by our friend Gale Landers. Thank you Gale for your inspiration as well.
